Shipping Options

Smashbox offers Standard Shipping Service. All orders are shipped on weekdays (only from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the next working day. The standard delivery time is between 2 to 5 days.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

We only deliver to your billing country.

PACKSTATION

With the free PACKSTATION service of DHL You can deliver your order to a PACKSTATION of your choice.

You will be notified once your package has arrived, you will receive an e-mail or SMS and can use it independently of opening times and pick up without waiting time. Use a one-time free registration at www.packstation.de.

To get your shipment delivered to a PACKSTATION of your your choice, fill in the form to indicate your delivery address. Enter your Last Name, followed by a forward slash and then your Post Number in the "Last Name" field. Enter "Packstation" in the "Street Name" field, and enter the Number of the Packstation in the "House Number" field.
